Standing at the Door of a New Year
The Initiation of a New View,
Christ granted daily mercies
I pray to God they continue.

My hopes and dreams only postponed
no problem no breakdown to my virtue,
Bey-cause our God is the Masterful architect,
He's just simply telling us to follow through.

Go follow through on the message
Go follow through with your heart,
Give & help lift those less fortunate
Those poor and in the dark.

Bey-cause the harvest is plentiful
And Lord knows we all can take part,
In revitalizing our Savior's message,
no matter who we are.

With all that's happening in the world
You would have to be blind to not see,
The end to this age of showing brotherly love
All that we're activating is the corruption of diplomacy.

But Beloved you've found ways to sustain
And even the plain for so many in this world in need,
It's in your heart, it's in your soul
To believe and plant the seed.

So you sowed for health, women, business, African Americans
And education; going above and beyond the call,
Bey-cause you realize from a visionary realist's eyes
That these motifs and issues that surround us deserve more than vitriol.

They deserve gentility, compassion, loving-care
And kindness the best part's of our spirit to be shared to all,
Recognizing the need and meeting it there
Stopping it fully in it's tracks without hesitation or stall.

I pray God meets your heart with even more out-pouring
Of blessings ones that make others desire connection to our religion,
As you continue to make perfect strides
In your life and the missions that of a substantive Christian.

Bey-A Beacon of light for God's goodness and trust
That God will empower you in the midst of the diversity of those positions,
And no matter what it is you can do it
And you can always count on your God-given talent and Divine intuition.
